Every order is insured, tracked end‑to‑end, and dispatched from the warehouse closest to you. Standard shipping is complimentary worldwide on orders over $50.

Service & rates.

Standard

Complimentary on every order over $50, worldwide. Below the threshold, standard rates are calculated by weight and destination at checkout.

Expedited

Available on most items. Rates depend on weight and the speed selected, and are shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Multi-origin orders

When an order spans multiple categories, items may dispatch from different warehouses to reach you faster. A popular or back-ordered piece may also ship separately so the rest of your order is never held up. You may receive your parcels at different times — each tracked, each insured.

Processing & transit.

A 3–5 business day processing window allows our warehouses to coordinate, verify, and prepare your order with precision. Once dispatched, estimated transit times by collection — complimentary on all orders over $50, worldwide.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Custom and bespoke orders carry their own timeline, communicated at order confirmation. Estimated transit times are provided in good faith; while we do everything possible to meet them, the carrier network is ultimately beyond our control.

Vol. IV

Tracking, insurance & delivery.

Every Décor Lane shipment travels with end-to-end tracking, delivery confirmation, and full transit insurance — so you can follow your order right to your door, and know it's protected the whole way.

If a parcel is delayed or lost in transit

Should your order be held at customs, returned, or lost along the way, we take care of it — replacing your piece at our own expense, with expedited shipping and full tracking wherever possible. The carrier network is beyond our control; making it right is not.

If tracking shows delivered, but it hasn't arrived

On the rare occasion a parcel is marked delivered yet hasn't reached you, we're here to help you track it down. The quickest path is to contact the carrier right away to open a delivery trace — once a package is in their hands, they're best placed to locate it — and to let us know so we can follow it alongside you. Because a carrier's delivery confirmation (including any photo taken at the doorstep) records the order as delivered to your address, that confirmation is where a trace begins. If parcel theft is a concern where you live, we're always glad to help you route a larger piece to a workplace or doorman address so it arrives safely.

If something isn't right

Before anything else, simply write to us at info@decorlane.com. Whether it's a delay, a damaged piece, or a parcel gone astray, we resolve almost every concern within one business day — and we'd always rather set it right for you directly than have you wait. Reach out first; we've got you.

Vol. V

Customs & duties.

United States

All duties and import fees are prepaid. The figure shown at checkout is the final amount — there are no charges on arrival.

International

Import taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply on arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient, assessed by the local customs office. Customs charges are non-refundable; if a parcel is refused, original shipping, duties, and return shipping are deducted from any refund.

Prices are displayed tax-free in USD. For specific rates, please contact your local customs office before ordering. We are not responsible for delays caused by a destination country's customs authority.

Vol. VI

Address accuracy & order changes.

Because orders move quickly through our warehouses, the window for changes is brief. To request a cancellation, address correction, or change to your order, please contact info@decorlane.com immediately after placing it. We will accommodate where possible; once an order is processed or in transit, changes are no longer available.

A quick note on addresses: because we ship to the details entered at checkout, please make sure they're complete and correct. If a parcel is returned to us because of an address issue, we'll gladly redirect it to the right place or refund the product value once it's safely back with us. Occasionally an order can't be caught before it ships, in which case we simply wait for its return before re-sending or refunding. Upgraded shipping fees can't be recovered when a parcel comes back due to an address error.

If a delivery is refused or uncollected

If you no longer want an order, there's no need to refuse the parcel at the door — just accept it and follow our Returns & Exchanges process, which is the smoother path for everyone. Refused parcels, or those left uncollected and returned to us, carry the original outbound and return shipping (and, internationally, any duties already paid), so any refund is issued net of those costs. Reach out and we'll always find the best way forward with you.

A moment spent checking your address at checkout — unit numbers, abbreviations, spacing — helps your order arrive smoothly the first time. We're unable to cover delivery issues that arise from address details entered incorrectly at the time of order.
