Why Is My Order Being Shipped in Different Packages?

To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, multi-item orders may be shipped from different international warehouses, depending on availability. If an item is particularly popular and temporarily out of stock, we might ship your items in separate packages to avoid any delays and get your order to you swiftly.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Our dedicated domestic and international warehouses work diligently to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please allow a grace period of 3-5 days for order processing, as this time is needed to coordinate with our warehouses to fulfill your order accurately.

What Happens If My Order Gets Stuck or Lost in the Mail?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back, or even lost during the delivery process, we sincerely apologize! While the postal service is beyond our control, we ensure that in such cases, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please refer to our refund and return policy for details on how these situations are handled.

Delivered But Not Delivered

Every shipment from Decor Lane includes tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your address but you have not received it, please contact the courier to investigate the issue.

We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information indicates delivery to your address. If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages at your location, we recommend having your package delivered to a work address to ensure it arrives safely.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. We strive to process and ship orders quickly, so there is a very small window to cancel or change your order or shipping address. If you need to cancel or change your shipping address, please contact us at info@decorlane.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes due to varying time constraints.

If it is too late to cancel or change your order, you can return the order to us once it has been received. The only option is to wait for the package to be returned to us. If the package is returned to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide a full refund.

Extra Shipping Charges: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned due to an incorrect address, the upgraded shipping fees will not be reimbursed if you request a refund.

Will I Be Charged for Customs and Taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged upon the order's arrival at its final destination, determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
