What does Decor Lane offer?
Five collections of considered home decor: lighting (chandeliers, pendants, sconces), wall panels (architectural snap-on relief), bedding (duvet covers, sheets, pillows), dining (porcelain, glassware, cutlery, serveware), and wall art (canvas, oil paintings, prints). Each piece is selected, never randomly added.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Buy Now, Pay Later. With Buy Now, Pay Later, you can split your purchase into four interest-free installments — useful for larger pieces.
How do I apply a discount code?
Enter the code in the designated field at checkout and click Apply. The discount will reflect immediately in your order total.
Shipping & delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes — we ship to many international destinations. Standard shipping is complimentary on U.S. orders over $50. For destinations and rates, see our Shipping & Delivery page.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing takes 3–5 business days. Once dispatched, transit times vary by collection — bedding and tableware typically arrive within 5–10 business days; chandeliers and wall panels within 20–25 business days. Full transit times by category are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking instructions. You can also track via your account, or by writing to info@decorlane.com with your order number.
Returns & warranty.
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the courier’s confirmed delivery date. Defective or damaged items are replaced at our expense; other returns are considered case by case and subject to a 10% restocking fee. Certain categories — final sale, custom orders, breakable goods, hygiene-sensitive items — are not eligible for return. Full terms on our Returns & Exchanges page.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Every Decor Lane piece carries a one-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Specific terms may vary by product — refer to the product page, or write to info@decorlane.com for details on your purchase.
Materials & care.
What materials are your duvet cover sets made from?
Our duvet cover sets are crafted from 100% long-staple cotton and premium Egyptian cotton — chosen for staple length, woven to a thread count we’ve set, and finished for softness that improves with use.
How do I care for my duvet cover set?
Specific care instructions appear on each product page. As a general rule: machine wash cold with like colors, tumble dry low. Egyptian cotton softens with use — the third wash is often the most beautiful.
Do your lighting products come with bulbs?
Yes — every chandelier ships with its required bulbs and LEDs included. See the product page for bulb specifications.
What materials are used in your canvas wall art?
Our canvas wall art is produced on archival-grade canvas using premium inks selected for color stability and longevity. Each piece is hand-stretched and finished to museum standard.
What materials are your dinnerware sets made from?
Fine porcelain, bone china, and stoneware — kiln-fired to a temperature that holds the design under daily use. Hand-finished gold and platinum rims where indicated.
Are your dinnerware and tableware dishwasher safe?
Most items are dishwasher safe. Pieces with gold or platinum rims and certain hand-finished items are best washed by hand. Always check the product page for the specific care notes that came with your piece.
Customizations & additions.
Can I request customizations for my order?
Yes — we accept customization requests on most pieces. Reach out before or during order placement so a specialist can discuss specifics, timeline, and any cost adjustments. Custom and made-to-order pieces enter production immediately upon payment; cancellation is not possible once production has begun.
Can I purchase additional pieces to match my existing items?
Yes — most items can be reordered. Availability depends on stock and production schedule. Contact us with your previous order number and the piece you want to match, and a specialist will confirm availability.
Can I order custom-sized canvas wall art?
We currently offer the standard sizes shown on each product page. For specific size requirements, write to info@decorlane.com — custom-size requests are reviewed case by case.
