I ordered these and received an email saying they would ship in 3-5 days. We’re on day 11. I emailed for a tracking number. Not shipped yet. Now I’m told it’s a minimum of 5-10 days to ship. Tried to cancel. Cannot cancel after 24 hours. It hasn’t shipped so it should be cancelled.
I was surprised to get these and they look rather cheap..
There was scratches on the print. Not impressed at all and I will not be a repeat customer.
Purchased this set thinking it would set a table of 4 and it’s only 1 set of dishes for $139 and no response to email as they can pick and choose which refunds they want to give

I just moved into a new home and I was thrilled to find the Decor Lane website. I chatted with a representative because I had some questions since I was shopping from Canada. The customer service I received was very good. I just received my order of the Euclid Plate Collection and I was extremely disappointed. Seven out of twelve plates have a manufacturer flaws in the pattern. I have contacted customer service and asked for a call but have not gotten a response. Please have a representative call me to discuss my situation. I am not happy!
The canvas print that I ordered was a very large size and the print on it is beautiful colors of vibrant, and it’s better than expected.

First of all my name is Tyanne not Deanna! Return policy is garbage along with your customer care. I'm stuck with a $400 comforter now that I don't want! So buyer beware and read return policy and exclusions before you spend your hard worked money. I'll save you time and say they basically don't accept returns for ANY REASON unless the product is damaged? Decor Lane is a joke and I will never do business with them again.
